Fascist Modi govt distracting attention from real issues: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Indian Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has targeted BJP government on “unemployment, petrol price and communal violence” saying “India looks a lot like Sri Lanka” which is facing its worst economic crisis.

Rahul Gandhi also accused BJP-led government of trying to “distract people” and not tackling problems faced by them. The Congress party has been cornering the government over the issue of price rise and unemployment saying that India’s situation is going the Sri Lanka way, where the prime minister had to resign in view of the deteriorating situation.

He hit out at Modi government, alleging that its “misgovernance” is a case study of how to ruin what was once one of the world’s fastest growing economies. Earlier, he accused PM Modi of creating two Indias, one for the rich and another for the poor and claimed that the resources of the country are being given to a few wealthy people. Web Desk
